Cubic Technology Refund & Return Policy

  1. Change of Mind or Incorrect Orders
    Cubic Technology accepts returns and refunds for change of mind or incorrect items ordered within 30 days from the purchase date. To qualify for a refund, customers must return the products in their original, brand-new condition. A restocking fee of 10% of the order value will apply, and the actual shipping cost of the original order will be deducted from the refund amount.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
    If an item arrives damaged or the wrong product is sent, Cubic Technology will take full responsibility and either provide a replacement or issue a refund.

  3. Defective Product Returns
    For defective items, a refund will be processed only after the item has been returned to Cubic Technology. We will cover the return shipping costs, and the customer is required to assist with the return process, such as packing the item and printing shipping labels for courier pickup.

  4. Delivery Issues & Reporting Timeframes

    • Once an order has been dispatched, it is the customer’s responsibility to track the shipment.
    • If an item arrives damaged, the customer must notify Cubic Technology within 2 business days of receiving the order.
    • If an order does not arrive within 2 business days of the expected delivery date, the customer must notify Cubic Technology immediately. Failure to report within these timeframes may result in the denial of a refund or exchange.
  5. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

    • If the first delivery attempt fails, the parcel will be redirected to the local Post Office or News Agency for collection.
    • If the parcel is not collected within the required timeframe, it will be returned to Cubic Technology. In such cases, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the parcel.
