eSun ABS-GF is a glass-fibre reinforced ABS engineered for tough, durable, functional 3D prints. With significantly improved rigidity, strength and heat resistance, ABS-GF is ideal for industrial parts, tooling, automotive components and any application where regular ABS or PLA is not strong enough.

The added glass fibre gives the filament a premium matte finish, excellent dimensional stability, and reduced shrinkage — making it one of the best high-performance materials in the eSun range.

Printing Recommendations

• Nozzle: 240–270°C

• Bed: 100–120°C

• Enclosed printer recommended to reduce warping

• Use a hardened steel nozzle (glass fibre is abrasive)

• Dry before printing for best results
