FlowTech™ Hotend for Bambu Lab Printers
Microswiss FlowTech Hotend is designed with advanced features for optimized performance. Paired with Bondtech CHT High Flow Nozzles, this hotend delivers up to 50 mm³/sec for ultra-fast printing without compromising quality. Installation is simple and plug-and-play, allowing you to integrate it seamlessly into your Bambu Lab Printers.
Sealed Heater Core
Unlike the original heater core, the FlowTech features a sealed heater core, providing the following benefits:
- Enhanced Heat Retention: The sealed design efficiently traps heat within the core, ensuring stable and consistent printing temperatures.
- Increased Durability: By protecting the heating element and thermistor, the sealed heater core reduces the risk of damage, extending the lifespan of the hotend.
CHT High Flow Performance
An official collaboration between Microswiss and Bondtech brings the CHT High Flow nozzle to the FlowTech ecosystem. This nozzle incorporates proprietary CHT technology, specifically engineered to boost the flow rate and improve layer adhesion.

Better layer adhesion
More uniform layer deposition is achieved by splitting the filament flow into multiple chambers as it passes through the melt zone. This reduces gaps and weak points between layers
Leak-Proof Nozzle
The FlowTech Hotend integrates the nozzle and titanium thermal break into a single, permanently sealed assembly, ensuring a leak-proof design.
Cold Nozzle Change
Changing the nozzle on a Bambu Lab printer usually requires removing the entire hotend. However, with the FlowTech hotend upgrade, the process becomes remarkably quick and easy.
The FlowTech nozzle, integrated with a heat break, allows you to change the nozzle without preheating the hotend. With a FlowTech Hotend, nozzle changes are effortless, requiring no hot tightening and can be done with just two fingers and 3D printed nozzle changing knob.
