The RevoPoint Trackit is a next-generation optical-tracking 3D scanner designed for engineering, product design, automotive work, reverse engineering and industrial inspection. With dual-camera optical tracking and blue-laser scanning, Trackit delivers high accuracy, marker-free workflow, and the versatility to scan everything from small components to objects up to 6 metres.

  No stickers or markers required. Trackit’s dual-camera base station locks the scanner’s position in real time for seamless, accurate stitching.

• Blue-Laser Dual Scan Modes
  30-line laser mode for fast surface capture + single-line laser for deep holes, narrow features, gears, and fine detail.

• High Precision
  Up to 0.02 mm single-frame accuracy and 0.02 mm + 0.04 mm/m volumetric accuracy in tracking mode.

• Fast Scan Speed
  Captures up to 1.5 million points per second with dense, clean point clouds.

• Scan Extra-Large Objects
  Supports leap-frogging the tracker around large workpieces. Tracking range supports scanning objects up to 6 metres.

• Auto Calibration + Dual-Axis Gimbal
  Fully automated calibration ensures consistent results without complex setup.

• Handheld or Tracking Mode
  Use with the base-station tracker for large objects or switch to standalone handheld mode for confined or hidden areas.
